The following outlines Eye Rock's current Privacy Policy related to any information or data that it may acquire from you as a participating Artist or Label, or through your registration as a user of Eye Rock's services (the "Service"), or which might otherwise be acquired through your use of the Service.

Eye Rock collects information from its users, participating artists, and labels under several circumstances, including the registration process, purchases, artist/label sign-up, and so forth. Eye Rock takes the privacy of its users, participating artists and labels seriously. Your information will be used by Eye Rock solely for purposes of the Service, and will never be sold or leased to any third party. Moreover, Eye Rock will not voluntarily disclose your information to any third party unless required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process and/or to enforce this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that you post any information on the Eye Rock website, or cause such information to be posted (i.e., on bulletin boards, user profiles, artist profiles, label profiles, etc.), that information shall become available to any and all users, artists, labels and/or visitors to the site. Eye Rock is not responsible for information that is made public in such manner, nor shall it be responsible for any third party's use of such information.
