Eye Rock Inc. offers online and offline distribution of Mp3’s.
What Artists/Labels get when you sign up

  1. Your own URL
  2. Free Profile with an mp3 player/store, picture, bio and a link to your website
  3. An html banner to post on your myspace page that links to your Eye Rock URL
  4. Upload music, album artwork, liner notes, Pictures
  5. Instruction sheet for download cards that you can put on your merch stand
  6. No annual payments or fees.
  7. Chance to be a featured artist on our myspace page and at

Online Distribution

Upload as many songs and albums as you want. Organize your albums, songs, and album artwork.

You can set the prices of your songs from $.49 to $1.49 in 10 cent intervals

We charge 25% of sales

We recommend you set the price of the album cheaper than the total price of all songs in that album so that your fans get a discount for buying the whole album.

Offline Distribution

Sell songs individually at live shows with a download card. Download cards are one time use cards that have a redemption code on them. The buyer can enter the code at www.eye-rock.com and download your music. The codes are artist specific.

  1. card good for any song in your catalogue
  2. card good for a specific album (if you are promoting an album)

Card Prices

Single song cards

  1. 100-200 cards  $.36/card (minimum order)
  2. 250-450 cards  $.33/card
  3. 500+ cards        $.30/card

Album cards

  1. 100-200 cards  $.59/card  (minimum order)
  2. 250-450 cards  $.46/card
  3. 500+ cards        $.36/card

Eye Rock will pay you for online sales quarterly.

Quarters are as follows:
January 1- Mar 31
April 1- June 30
July 1- September 30
October 1- December 31

You will receive payment from Eye Rock Inc. in the mail no later than 60 days after the end of a quarter. Keep your info up to date. You will receive an email of monthly reports showing the amount of downloads from your URL. You will not get paid for downloads that were redeemed with cards.
