www.eye-rock.com is a place to find music from your favorite artists. You can purchase music or redeem a download card that was purchased from an artist.
How do I buy and download a song?
First you must create an account or log in
Then you find the artist via the search engine, browse button or if you know the Artists URL.
Add the songs that you want to your cart
Fill out payment information
Your download should start automatically.
How do I download a song or album with a download card I purchased from a band?
Create an account or log in
Enter your code into the redeem download card box on the home page or on the redeem card page. And hit submit
You will be directed to the bands URL that you received the card from
Pick your song/album that you want and click download
You will be directed to a download confirmation page
Click download and your download should start automatically
What if I have more than one card?
Create an account or log in
Enter your code into the redeem download card box on the home page or on the redeem card page. And hit submit
You will be directed to the bands URL that you received the card from

Click download and your download should start automatically
Repeat the Process
*You can only use one card at a time. Otherwise you will lose your download code!
Can I search through all the artists and listen to song samples without having an account with www.eye-rock.com?
Yes, but to download music you must have an account.
Do you keep my credit card info?
No, we only keep your login information. Every time you come to www.eye-rock.com to purchase music you will have to reenter your credit card number.
Will I get charged sales tax if I live in Texas?
Yes
What if my download I purchased wasn’t successful?
Log in to your account
Click on My Account at the top of the page
Go to order history
Click on the icon for the purchase
You will see a download link that is valid for only 12 hours from the time of purchase.
What if I used a redemption card and my download wasn't successful?
Log in to your account
Click on My Account at the top of the page
Click on Redemption History
You will see a download link that is valid for only 12 hours from the time the code was entered
*Once you purchase a song or redeem a card, You have 12 hours from that time to Download the song.
You can find them in your “My Account”
